Precision CNC parts for nine industries, from one shop in Dongguan
Milling, turning and sinker EDM in our own shop; wire EDM, sheet metal and 35+ finishes through partner plants we have used for years. Pick your industry below to see the parts we make for it, the materials they are usually made from, and what we check before they ship.

What we machine, by industry
Nine industries we have actually machined for. Knives and EDC is the one line where we do the whole product, not just a component.

Automotive
Brackets, adapters, test fixtures, cooling plates and aftermarket components for cars and drivelines.

Electronics & semiconductor
Test fixtures, heat sinks, vacuum-chamber components and precision plates where flatness matters more than looks.

Telecom equipment
Pin-fin heat sinks, RF cavities and filter housings, usually 6061 with a bright or black anodised finish.

Medical devices
Instrument housings, manifold blocks and PEEK or POM components, with dimensional reports on every batch.

Robotics
Joint housings, gearbox flanges, encoder mounts, motor swing arms and mounting plates — usually aluminium, usually in a hurry.

Industrial machinery
Replacement parts, jigs, fixtures, shafts and wear components for machines that are already on a factory floor.

Consumer products
Machined housings, hinges, bezels and hardware where surface finish is judged by the person holding it.

Hardware
Fasteners, fittings, knurled parts, split rings and turned components in brass, stainless and titanium.

Knives & EDC
Titanium and G10 scales, liners, clips, pivots, stop pins — and full knife OEM from drawing to finished, assembled product.
How every job runs, from drawing to dock
Drawing review in 16 hours
Bill reads every drawing before it is priced and sends back price, lead time and the two or three changes that would make the part cheaper.
Free DFM before you commit
Tolerances, wall thickness, tool access and finish are questioned before metal is cut — not after the first article.
First article measured on a CMM
Every first article is measured against your drawing datums in a temperature-controlled measuring room before the run continues.
Shipped with a report
DHL, FedEx or UPS to your dock with commercial invoice, HS codes and a dimensional report per part.

Three questions buyers in every industry ask
Are you ISO 9001, ISO 13485 or IATF 16949 certified?
No. We are not certified to ISO 9001, 13485 or IATF 16949, and we will not pretend otherwise. What we do is measure every first article on a CMM and ship a dimensional report with every batch, so you can see what you are getting rather than trust a certificate.
Will you sign an NDA before I send drawings?
Yes. We sign your NDA before you send anything, or send you ours. Drawings are used to quote and make your parts, nothing else.
Is there a minimum order?
No. One prototype or ten thousand pieces — the quote and the inspection are the same. Many of our long-term customers started with a single part.
Ready for a quote?
Send the drawing — price and lead time within 16 hours. STEP, IGES, X_T, DWG, DXF or PDF.
No minimum order.
