It is almost always the pivot bore, the washer stack and the detent — not the scales. Send a sample knife with the drawing and we will match the feel and tell you which dimension is doing it, so the next revision is a decision rather than a guess.
“The anodising colour is not what we asked for”
Titanium colour comes from voltage, but the shade also depends on the surface preparation underneath. Send a physical sample; we anodise a test piece, photograph it next to yours and get your approval before running the batch.
“We want one supplier for the whole knife”
Blade, scales, liners, hardware, heat treatment, finishing and assembly are coordinated here and delivered as a finished knife under your brand. Samples with no minimum, production once the design is settled.

Titanium and stainless liners with lock faces, detent pockets and relief cuts held to the drawing.

Milled and formed titanium and stainless clips, anodised or stonewashed, with the spring set correct.
Pivots, stop pins and standoffs
Turned hardware where fit decides whether the action feels right.
Washers and bearings
Phosphor bronze and PTFE washers, bearing races and pivot hardware.

What we watch on a knife drawing

Pivot fit, lock geometry and finish consistency
A knife is judged by how it feels, and that comes down to three things: the pivot bore and washer stack, the lock face geometry, and whether the finish is the same on every piece. Those are the dimensions we hold tightest, whatever else is on the drawing.
