“The action does not feel right”
It is almost always the pivot bore, the washer stack and the detent — not the scales. Send a sample knife with the drawing and we will match the feel and tell you which dimension is doing it, so the next revision is a decision rather than a guess.
“The anodising colour is not what we asked for”
Titanium colour comes from voltage, but the shade also depends on the surface preparation underneath. Send a physical sample; we anodise a test piece, photograph it next to yours and get your approval before running the batch.
“We want one supplier for the whole knife”
Blade, scales, liners, hardware, heat treatment, finishing and assembly are coordinated here and delivered as a finished knife under your brand. Samples with no minimum, production once the design is settled.
Black G10 scales, cut and textured on our machines
A stock black G10 scale coming off the machine at GY — roughed from sheet, profiled, then the weave texture milled into the face. Sound is off; the button on the video turns it on.
Cut flooded. G10 is a glass-fibre laminate, and the glass dust is abrasive enough to wear cutters fast and get into everything. Cutting under coolant keeps that dust in the liquid instead of the air.
Profiled slowly on purpose. Rush the feed and the laminate chips at the edges or lifts between plies, so this pass is not the quickest one we could run.
Textured, not moulded. The pattern is a toolpath, so pitch, depth and direction are all yours to change. Send a drawing and we cut to it; want something close to the video, we already have it.

Handle scales
Titanium, aluminium, brass, copper and G10 scales with milled patterns, chamfers and contoured edges.
Liners and frames
Titanium and stainless liners with lock faces, detent pockets and relief cuts held to the drawing.
Pocket clips
Milled and formed titanium and stainless clips, anodised or stonewashed, with the spring set correct.
Pivots, stop pins and standoffs
Turned hardware where fit decides whether the action feels right.
Washers and bearings
Phosphor bronze and PTFE washers, bearing races and pivot hardware.
Kydex Sheath Webbing
Sheaths thermoformed to your blade, with eyelets, belt clips and webbing to match.
