Maintenance and machine-building work arrives in a hurry and usually without a complete drawing. These three problems come up every week.
“The machine is down and the original supplier is gone”
Send photographs with a ruler in the frame first. If we need the part, post it: we measure it on the CMM, draw it, send you the drawing to approve, then cut. The drawing stays yours for the next time.
“Nobody will make just one”
We will. There is no minimum order — one replacement part is a normal order here, quoted in 16 hours like anything else.
“The replacement wore out faster than the original”
Usually material or hardness, not machining. Tell us how the part failed and we will suggest a material and heat treatment rather than copy a part that did not last — wear parts are cut on wire EDM after hardening so the profile cannot move.
What we machine for machine builders and maintenance teams
Half of this work is reverse-engineered: an obsolete part fails, the original supplier is gone, and someone needs it made. We are set up for exactly that — no minimum order, and one part is a normal order here.

Tool steel and 4140 where the part wears, stainless where it is washed down, bronze and POM where it slides.

Fits, hardness and the dimension nobody wrote down
Replacement parts usually arrive with an incomplete drawing. We measure what you send, write down what we find, and confirm the fits with you before cutting — because the bore that has to press onto a shaft matters more than the ten dimensions around it.
