Your part gets an engineer, not a sales desk
Every drawing is read by the engineer who will run it — before it is priced. We tell you what will fight us, what will cost you and what we would change. Then we cut it. Thirty-six people in one building in Dalingshan, Dongguan, since 2008.
One machining centre, then thirty-two
Will bought the first vertical machining centre in 2008 and ran it himself, taking small jobs from hardware and electronics factories around Dongguan. The work that stuck was the awkward kind: parts other shops quoted high or turned away because the tolerance was tight, the material was unfamiliar, or the quantity was too small to bother with.
That is still the work we are best at. The shop grew one machine at a time, paid for by the jobs it ran — no outside investor has ever told us which orders to take. Today three generations of machines sit under one roof in Dalingshan, and the people who bought them are the people who still quote your parts.
Everything we do not run here — sheet metal, laser cutting, bending, wire EDM, plating and anodising — goes to partner plants we have worked with for years, and comes back to us to be inspected before anything ships.

One building, four bays
Milling, turning, EDM and inspection sit on the same floor, so a part never leaves the building between operations — and nobody has to phone another company to find out where it is.

3- and 4-axis CNC milling · CNC turning with live tooling · sinker EDM · grinding · assembly. Wire EDM, sheet-metal punching, laser cutting, forming and welding are done at partner plants we have used for years, and come back here to be inspected. The workshop runs 5S.

A measuring room, not a bench with a caliper
We are not ISO 9001 certified. What we have instead is a room the parts are measured in, two coordinate measuring machines, and a report that travels with every batch.

Straight answers before you ask
Not ISO 9001 certified
We would rather tell you here than have you find out during supplier approval. If your programme needs a certificate on file, say so at RFQ and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right shop for that part.
Three- and four-axis — not five
Nineteen of our machining centres are four-axis, which covers most housings, manifolds and brackets in one or two setups. If a part truly needs simultaneous five-axis we will say so, and we can have it quoted at a shop we have worked with for years rather than pretend.
Small enough to care, big enough to deliver
One prototype or ten thousand pieces — the same three people quote it, follow it through the shop and ship it. No account managers, no ticket numbers.
Three people, start to finish
There is no sales layer here and no account manager who has never stood at a machine. The same three names quote your job, run it and answer the email when you ask where it is.
